Jamie’s journey into real estate and leadership is as dynamic as it is inspiring.

Raised in a family that owned shopping centers, a mobile home park, single-family homes, grocery stores, hardware stores, liquor stores, restaurants, and even an internet service, Jamie developed an early understanding of real estate and entrepreneurship. Her passion for the industry blossomed in 2013 when she purchased her first investment property. Since then, she has built a diverse portfolio that includes flipped homes, managed Airbnbs, assisted living group homes, and creative investment strategies such as sub-to, BRRR, and slow flips—showcasing her ingenuity and resilience.

Jamie’s career path also includes experience in the legal field with a real estate closing firm in Washington, D.C., and the founding of a boutique brokerage in Northern Virginia. These roles honed her expertise in contracts, negotiations, leadership, and client service—skills she now channels into empowering investors and strengthening the CAZA® community.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Jamie lives in Cary, NC, with her husband and seven of their eight children. She enjoys road trips, hiking, DIY projects, and indulging in “bougie food on a blue-collar budget.” Her passion for real estate extends far beyond her personal success—she’s deeply committed to helping others achieve financial freedom through property investing and fostering a supportive community of like-minded individuals.
